When checking out, choose a method of delivery from the options provided. If you would like to pick up at school (free), choose "Deliver to School or Coach", if you would like to ship, you can choose that option and send to someone via mail (customer pays for shipping).
 
If you would like us to wait to ship the item until closer to the holiday, we are happy to delay shipping for you, just note your request in the box provided.

Manufacturer’s Warranty is voided once the cup has been engraved per YETI policy. The quality does not diminish what-so-ever, but Yeti has strict guidelines in place regarding alterations to their products by third party vendors. Not all engravers use professional grade equipment. We absolutely do, but they blanket their policy for this reason. 
***Please note: 
On all engraved MUGS , the FRONT is the EMBOSSED Yeti logo side- what is point out if a right-handed person were holding the mug. The BACK is the engraved logo side. This differs from what we consider the front to be (engraved logo side) on all the standard tumblers, colsters, bottles and jugs as shown in our color chart.  We do this because we consider right-handed buyers the most common and the embossed logo faces outward on the front when mugs are held in the right hand.
