​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order, simply choose from the product options in the drop-down menus. Please tell us what you would like engraved in the section labeled "Text or Monogram to be Engraved." Please be advised that font and text options seen on one product are not always available on another product. 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Processing time:

 

The time needed to prepare a order for shipping varies depending on the order.  For details, see individual item.

Customs and import taxes:

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We accept All major credit cards and Paypal.  We keep your payment information secure. Your credit card information is not saved in our system.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted on some items. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship your purchase back within 30 days of delivery. Requests for cancelations of purchases are accepted within 3 days of original order. Items on sale or custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • To communicate with you about a order

  • To fulfill your order

  • For legal purposes such as paying taxes
