​How Do I Place An Order?

 

To place an order, simply choose from the product options in the drop-down menus. Please tell us what you would like engraved in the section labeled "Text or Monogram to be Engraved." Please be advised that font and text options seen on one product are not always available on another product. 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Processing time:

 

The time needed to prepare a order for shipping varies depending on the order.  For details, see individual item.

Customs and import taxes:

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We accept All major credit cards and Paypal.  We keep your payment information secure. Your credit card information is not saved in our system unless you choose to save it.

Returns & Refunds

​

Returns and exchanges are accepted on some items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship your purchase back within 30 days of delivery. Requests for cancelations of purchases are accepted within 30 days of original order unless the proof has been approved and your products have been engraved. Items on sale or custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective or do not match the approved proof.

Is my YETI Warranty still good after you engrave my item?

​

Unfortunately no. Once ANY third party engraves Yeti's products, the manufacturer won't guarantee any quality issues you may have with the product. They do this because there are people out there with inferior equipment and they do not wish to blanket cover all engravers with a standing warranty. We use state of the art equipment and no quality damage will occur with our machines. We cannot, however, cover any quality issues that may arise if there is a defect of some sort.
