We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!! If you would like a return, please contact us to see if you are eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date. If we determine you are eligible for a return, ship your purchase back within 30 days of the delivery date. Items on sale or custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective or do not match the approved proof. However, if an error was made on proofs we sent out for approval, and they were not acknowledged by the buyer; we are NOT responsible for a replacement item.
Requests for cancellations of purchases are accepted within 30 days of original order date unless the proof has been approved and your products have been engraved.
Once items are in the possession of the carrier you have chosen, the carrier assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY of your package. Blue Ridge Engraving is NOT RESPONSIBLE for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Those claims must be handled with the carrier you choose to use directly.
International Orders - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
